SHIPPING / DELIVERY INFORMATION
Where do you deliver to?
We are currently only delivering islandwide in Singapore. For overseas delivery, please contact us at hello@thekoopman.com and we will arrange a special delivery for you.
What is the delivery cost?
We are charging a standard charge of $10 per order.
For orders above $70, we will pay the delivery charges for you! So why not get the Twin Bundle Set? Comes with limited edition tote bag and coasters too.
How long will the delivery take?
You will receive a sms and email notification once the order is confirmed and processed. The delivery will be within 1 day. For any special arrangements for delivery, please contact us via email or on our social media pages with your order number and we will arrange for you accordingly.
ORDERS
What is your return and exchange policy?
We do not accept return or exchanges of products unless they have been delivered in a damaged condition.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Please write to us at hello@thekoopman.com with your order number and request, and we will do our best to assist you. However, if your order has already been processed or sent out for delivery, we regret that we will be unable to cancel or make changes to it.

Where are your wines sourced from?
Our Granat Pomegranate Wine is from Azerbaijan. We are looking to bring more exclusive products from Western Asia and Eastern Europe - stayed tuned!
Why are your pomegranate wines so cheap / expensive?
Granat Pomegranate Wines are made from "Guloyusha" pomegranates sourced locally in Azerbaijan. Pomegranate trees require special care and grow in few regions in the world. Goychay's unique microclimate and special soil composition is key to the perfect taste and health benefits of the Guloyusha pomegranate, making it highly valued in Azerbaijan and around the world. This is why pomegranate wines are more expensive than red wine!
At what temperature is the pomegranate wine best enjoyed at?
Granat Pomegranate Wine is best enjoyed when served chilled (12-14°C).
Should I decant the wine?
Our pomegranate wines are at their optimum taste profile after 30mins of decanting. If you don't have a decanter, simply pour it out into a bowl. The idea is to allow the surrounding air to oxidize the contents.
